To me it also just makes no damn sense.
The "bones" of this team are bad. It's not like we're scrambling to find ways to keep a consistent playoff performing team together - we're digging in the dirt with our hands fighting like hell to keep a non-playoff/laughably ineffective playoff team together.
If we sign Lindholm, we're months away from being the
2020-Current San Jose Sharks in my eyes.
