Not really. They just said it was unrelated.
It did occur to me that right now since we really know nothing, the easiest thing to say for the sake of the families is that it imploded without the occupants experiencing any anxiety or stress. They may come up with a different theory once they actually recover items from the scene.
You see this a lot when tragedies happen. The authorities default to the less unpleasant scenario until they actually learn more, at least publicly.
