Conny was working at Treliving's side for all those bumps and bruises. If he didn't learn from them then I would question why he was hired as GM. I don't see much of a loss from Treliving to Conroy if we are talking lessons learned from the last 9 years. The pause for concern is going from a first time GM to another first time GM as Conroy has never been the man before and he's likely to make his own mistakes unrelated to those of the past regime like any first time GM may. It's impossible to say where this is going to go as it could be a disaster but it's not impossible that he does as good or better than Treliving.
