I agree, but I think the issue is with the rule itself. Trouba looks for players who are in vulnerable positions and hits to hurt them, but the hit itself is within the rules. I think that has to change, similar to how they implemented the blindside rule a few years back.
I think there are a lot of players that could do what Trouba does more often, but they simply don't because they know it is dangerous and unnecessary. Trouba shows a disregard for any of that.
As for the Bennett, I'm fine with that being a minor penalty, but I don't think it was as bad.
