I think it's possible. Huberdeau was scapegoated for the Panthers struggles last year and the year before against Tampa.
But in 20-21 he put up 10 points in 6 games against the Lightning. 3 more points than anybody else on the team.
Funny part is he led the team in scoring in the sweep against the Lightning last year too (2 points).
He's not McDavid, Mackinnon, or maybe even Tkachuk, but he's pretty good.
It's funny though.
In 20-21 Huberdeau had 10 points in 6 playoffs games when they lost to the Lightning and it was a failure.
This year Tkachuk has 11 points in 7 playoffs games but they beat the Bruins and he's the hero.
It's a fine line in this league sometimes.
