I'm appreciating Marky here too. Open.
So far, there's some pretty key differences between Marky, Huby, Weegs and Backlund and Lindholm.

The newer employees tend to always be the happiest. They havent been ground down over multiple years by a toxic environment with Sutter and Peters before that and for Backlund, Hartley and Keenan. I dont doubt that this team is not a fun place to play over the years. They have a certain type of atmosphere and coach that they like. I dont blame Backlund or Lindholm one bit. They stuck it out for years and always did it with a smile. They have earned the right to go where they want. Do whats best for your family and your mental health. This might be the straw that finally broke the camels back. If the Flames are smart enough to get a return rather than letting them walk its no problem. No hard feelings. We need to rebuild and if its with a gun thier head so be it.
