I get it, they find it grinding..... probably very valid. But this core has never shown they can self drive. Probably not fair to go back this far, but Hartley, Peters and Sutter have gotten the most out of this group over the years (understood it's never been enough), so what do you if you are the GM. They burn out with high pressure coaches, but they falter without one.........

What core?
The only players here from the 18-19 season are Backlund, Lindholm, and Hanifin.
I guess Dube, Andersson, Mangiapane, and Kylington all played some games too but were rookies.
So really there is no such thing as "This Core" having success with Peters and Hartley.
3 regulars played for Peters in 18-19.
1 Regular played for Hartley in 14-15.
