Sounds like a "I'm sharting my pants and I don't know why" situation. We all know people that have been there, or have gone through it ourselves, so share among internet strangers.
Mircobiome is big right now...unfortunately even the best tech I've seen or spoken to users is limited to mapping a bunch of cool stuff, but at the end telling you to "eat right" and "exercise". A bit of a let down.
Also hot right now in investment world are the diabetes drugs being repurposed as appetite suppressants. We see their niche as an alternative to gastric band procedures. Novo Nordisk makes the wegovy and ozempic. Mournjaro is the other one working its way through approvals (Eli Lilly).
Diet and nutrition as whole has been a pretty disappointing space. I dated a dietitian with an actual science degree for awhile and all I ever wanted was 5-10 go to meals that I could consistently make and know that I had my energy levels input / output balanced and all my essentials covered. Could never get there, which is incredibly disappointing. Good luck.
