Meh I disagree with most of you. Forwards looked great and our offence looked dangerous against a really good team, probably best it had looked in awhile. There were a lot fanning in important moments in the first which leads to turnovers, just some rust from the break. Pelletier looked phenomenal once again, had at least 5 times where he created a play from his forecheck. Huberdeau also looked better at 5 on 5 than he did most of the season. I already like these powerplay lines more than the old ones.
There some defensive gaffs but those I am not concerned about, they usually play way better defensively. My biggest issue was with Markstrom, he made great saves and all of the goals were hard to save but he was shakey and gave up rebounds on easy shots all night, creating chaos for no reason.
My biggest concern with this team is the offence, and that got going today. Goaltending can be fixed with Vladar or Wolf
