I suspect the numbers OP provided are exaggerated or they really are a bad employee. Those numbers are whack.
Me? Last year it was something like 46 - all medical.

Four with GP to start. Throw in a half a dozen specialists, some physiotherapy, a dentist, some lab work and diagnostics, nurse practitioners, two surgeries - It's a goddamn full-time job.

But try explaining that to an unsympathetic employer.
