As if Hurts is playing in a terrible scheme, but is single handily overcoming it? If overcoming scheme becomes a factor in MVP, then Herbert should probably be MVP with the dog#### scheme he has to overcome, while still looking great. Hurts has had an excellent season, and if the award were Most Outstanding Player he'd probably have it in the bag. But the Chiefs are a 6 win team with a replacement level QB, even in the Andy Reid scheme. The Eagles might be a 10 win team with Minshew, who is, well, replacement level.
