Saw this and was amazed the crap people will do. Group claimed to have shot 46 in a four man scramble.

This took place at Hampton Cove on the Highlands course of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Bitchin' tough golf course that challenges the absolute best golfers. Having played it, no way is that score possible.
What's the lowest you've been involved with in a scramble?
Lowest I've ever done was with a group of club pros and we shot 52. That also included us taking long drive and three of the proximities on the four par threes. We had two eagles and birdied everything else. This was not a fair contest by any stretch of imagination, but it was a charity event for a kids shelter and all prizes and money we won were donated to the cause.
Lowest in a 2 man scramble was 58. Myself and a buddy, who is plus, played together because our games really compliment each other. We were pretty pumped coming off the course but were crest fallen pretty quick when a 53 came in. We questioned it, but the groups behind and in in front of the winners validated the score. Also found out one guy played on the ASU golf team and his buddy was a guy from what is now the Corn Ferry Tour. When you get the right talent together a low score can be in the books.
46 though??? Hole-in-one on the hardest hole on the course, an albatross on another, four eagles, and birdies on the rest. Not buying it.
