Warrener with an interesting debate with Seravalli today, which was centered around a point he's been making since the show debuted. He doesn't think the Flames needed to sign Huberdeau and Weegar before the season began, thinks too many GMs sign guys out of desperation and fear, admires GMs like Yzerman and Sakic who have been more ruthless and willing to hold their ground. Thinks we overpaid for both. Likens it to Chicago signing Seabrook. Interesting contrarian viewpoint.
