ALL organizations because they all have lists like this, especially in the cap era
and you are totally putting the cart before the horse with Vali...he has had a few good games for a team that would rather lose than win this season
What did you want them to do? gift him ice time when he was playing terrible at the NHL and AHL level? Again he wasn't even one of the better Heat dmen.
