I would imagine each man would at least get an AK-47 and basically unlimited ammo. 50,000 men with Kalashnikovs can be very dangerous if their commanders don't care about casualty rates - which they don't. Modern day Zhukov doctrine: throw as many warm bodies at an enemy as possible, with our without guns.
Body armor, NVGs, helmets, comms, etc, probably not exactly available. And the conscripts might have to walk from Moscow to the front lines due to lack of vehicles.
