This isn't an "investment" in any sense of the word, it's a waste of money, duplicating a service the feds provide. Nothing for AISH recipeints though, or to fix our crumbling healthcare system. At least it'll be easier to transfer hand guns around, because that's such a benefit to society...####ing muppets, the lot of them.
