Barzal’s speed would be a huge boost to this team and they could play he and Huberdeau together on a scoring line and then it would make sense to have Lindholm/Mangiapane form a second pair and Backlund/Coleman on the third line.
It would be absolutely nuts to go from Gaudreau/Tkachuk/Hanifin to Huberdeau/Barzal/Weegar in one offseason

Barzal is Barzal, but I'm not sure we need a Barzal enough to give up a 25 year-old top-paring D with over 500 NHL games under his belt AND our most exciting offensive prospect.
