My guess is the AAV is less than people thing and the total contract value is closer to $40M.
People thought it would be $7-8m for 7 years but I don't see it.
My guess is teams are offering.
$7-$7.5M for 4 years: $35M-$38M total
or
$5.5M-$6M for 7 years: $38.5M - $42M total
