Pelletier isn’t some offensive star to be. His prime is likely a defensively sound, middle six forward who can chip in some offense and play secondary PP minutes. I think Coleman is a good comparable actually.

Any times I've watched Pelletier is was impressed with how he disrupts passing lanes, and his hard starts and stops. I am not sure how well his offense will translate but his NHLe is 37pts, which looks about right to me.
