We are seeing stickiness on price because companies are trying to maximize profit. Eventually one of them blinks to take advantage of increased sales. This is how competition works. Tsu Tina dropped to 149.9 on Sunday, then Costco SE had to follow. It’s only a matter of time for that to spread. Just as we head into a long weekend.

The more troubling thing is I suspect Kenny will punt on putting the gas tax back in and sabotaged another Alberta revenue stream permanently.
Weird that the gas tax break ended up being absorbed by the profit margin and not passed down to the consumers. Nobody could have seen that coming, thought it would trickle down for sure.
