If the Flames were a true contender I don't think guys would leave. Vancouver is a very nice city and I bet guys would enjoy playing there if the team had a shot to win. Leafs probably have the best chance but they keep underachieving. I don't think Canadian cities are at the top of most guys lists but the only way to keep them is building an undeniable team they want to be a part of. Playing on a middle of the road team in Calgary isn't that enticing.
