Wife and I just received new cards in the mail the other day. I'm the primary card holder, she is secondary. I can activate my new card online as the primary cardholder, she had to call in to activate hers. She also has to reset her PIN (which apparently needs to done at a branch/ATM), my card is good to go. WTF is with that?
