This is the first real 'competitive year' in the Jays window. While it's disappointing that it's not going to grow from last year, there is no rush or panic to sell off yet.
Anyways, I said it at the time and I've said it all season: Berrios is a lemon. That contract was awful then and awful now.

Their only great starter is Manoah but it drops off hard after that. If they had another guy of Manoah's calibre and rounded out the other three with Gausman, Stripling, and a healthy Ryu, they'd be contenders. But their rotation isn't nearly that and won't be for the forseeable future.
