He still doesn’t play it. He moved the puck inside the blue line knowing full well nytushkin is offside, but he himself hasn’t crossed the blue line. So they’re now both onside after the tag up.
The US broadcast is going on about how Makar never saw Nytushkin, where in reality he knows exactly where he is.
