I didn't even know this thing existed until just now. There's a chat built into the app I use to watch the games, so I'm generally not in the GTs anymore. Maybe sometimes during an intermission.
PGTs, whether (and how) I post or not depends on how emotional I am after the game. Luckily this season I've been way more pumped up after games than the opposite. My lowest was probably after game 3, when I was pretty much done with this team (and all of hockey for that matter). The way they played in that game reminded me so much of the Gulutzan team, I was so pissed off they suckered me in with yet another insane regular season only to end it with a "just kidding, we haven't really changed at all" reveal.
Anyway I think my point is that not everyone in the world thinks and communicates the same way. Some of us are fuled by emotion, and emotion can sometimes be a bitch. It's a constant struggle of being either too up or too down. So, you know, there's that.
As far as this wall thing is concerned, I haven't seen it, but I imagine it's just an Around the League but pointed at fellow Flames fans vs opposition fans. I do love the ATL, so I can't be too bothered about this new thing - except there's something about being a team. Like we're Flames fans, and as Flames fans we should have each other's backs, you know? This just seems like a segment of Flames fans trying to elevate themselves above the others, which isn't in itself a bad thing - we should all strive to evolve into something better - but if the only purpose of it is to make fun of the rest and/or produce an end result of everying thinking and reacting in the same way, then it's really the opposite of evolution.
