No is a complete sentence, apparently beyond the comprehension of some fellow humans.

As a female I would be too scared to call out a perpetuator but I would definitely rescue a fellow female if I saw this. How sad is that, to be too scared? But it's a reality.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen the other way around but it disproportionately happens male perpetuator and female victim.
