Computer Surplus you are right - they mainly do surplus/end-of lease but they do have a few new parts.
OEM Depot is new stuff, just not as much on hand as MemEx. Stull worth stopping in and asking the guy.
And Computer Rack - I knew I was forgetting someone in that area.
