Having no expectations for the first time since probably 2014 had made watching less strenuous. I just get excited when we make a good play and do good things because my former expectations for this group were utterly destroyed by last season.

I want them to name Tkachuk captain and just lay into the dirty/goon reputation for a season. They aren't going to outscore their opponents.
