The big no to me is TWO unprotected first round picks. Imagine being a lottery team for the next two years and gifting the Sabres Wright and Bedard? Or even giving them two top 5 picks would be bad enough.
The TWO unprotected first round picks are where I dry the line. Maybe you can give up one unprotected first round pick, but two, no way. The players and prospects are all meh.

Agreed. I don't think any one of the physical pieces is a non-starter, its the fact that it is all those actual pieces plus two magic beans in what are poised to be excellent drafts. And simply selling more assets to get future pieces runs counter to acquiring eichel anyways, sinc eif the best we can do is maybe draft some quality talent in 24 and 25 we are out of Jack years before those players are even ready to play. Not to mention the cap situation we end up in for the next couple of years.
