I think you guys think his process is flawed, but probably are glad there is a process in place.

While this is all true, I think some posters have the mistaken view that Treliving has no flexibility (which is why they pretend to quote him saying "trust the process"). In reality I think he's constantly adjusted. It's not always correctly, but it's clear he's willing to change direction (acquiring Lindholm to hedge against Bennett not being a top 6 C, trading Neal, etc.)
