not just that, i found when i was in FS even if I was going to buy something. (the merchandize in my hand already), no one would greet. When I have question about certain item, I would see 4 or 5 FS salesperson standing together chatting like they are having a bbq dinner at a park or something. even if I approach them, they would just trying to avoid that and pick someone to answer, and the sales that had to answer questions, feels like he was saying "damn, why me?" before answering some customer inquiries.
so now i just go to BestBuy, and never FS.
