If one player is responsible for spreading it, it makes no sense then to punish the whole team.

Ya any of the seriously affected players should sit. The team can finish the games with a lot of Ahl players. Definitely anyone that is a long hauler should sit out the year.
I don't think the individual players should be punished. The team/organization and owners only.
