I know the Pegulas are a mess. I was wondering who that poster considered to the be the head (Pegula, or Eichel)?

Today's version of Eichel would cost a lot more to acquire, and with what the team would have left, I don't think he could push them over the top in the next 3 years with what's left.

I think the team needs better centers, and I'll even put Lindholm in the discussion too as he's taken a step back under Daryl Sutter. But I think stock piling other picks and using your own to get that center in the draft is the only way a small market Canadian based team can make it work.
Jokinen is an interesting comp. It is worth noting that by age 23:

Jokinen 314gp 35G 87P
Eichel 354gp 137G 337P

Jokinen's age 24-28: 327gp, 139G, 304P (or 25-29)

Different eras of course; Jokinen's stats blew up after the lockout.

Those Panther teams were eerily similar to the BUF dumpster fire:
Kozlov, Huselius, Val Bure were the next best forwards.
young Jay Bouwmeester=Dahlin

The Panthers other forwards and D were probably even worse than BUF, but they did have Luongo
