End of the day I am sure there were deals being contemplated for Gaudreau and Monahan but nothing came through.
I approve of a 6x6 for Markstrom before going 7x7 for Hall.
I know you are joking but I am a little shocked how bad this team has been this year. The Dallas series did have the Flames seconds from going up 3-1 but Talbot couldn’t make that last save. They were also up 3-0 in game 6 before leaky goaltending allowed the stars to embarrass the team. This is all when one of their absolute best players was out with a concussion. Definitely not all on the goalies but going from a guy who is a tandem goalie to an elite number 1 was a smart upgrade.
