The ropes are a lot of fun, and a GREAT workout. A HIIT workout takes 15min, and really challenging. (20secs on, 10secs off) Lots of youtube workouts out there to follow as well.

We paid around $125 I think for the set bought, off Amazon.
Ugh. I always thought that the ropes seemed cool and fun and then I actually did them. They're torture and there is no way I could do 15 minutes!

I really want a good-quality power cage, but man are they expensive. My current stand is rated for 300 lbs, but is not very stable at 200 lbs. Rouge has a folding wall mount I want, but it will be over $2000 with shipping.

My other option is a cheap cage from Amazon for $600.

Anyone here use cages at home?
I have a power rack and it's great. I bought mine off kijiji a few years ago and I would highly recommend looking on there. I do agree that you could get away with a squat stand and it would be sufficient, but I do like that you get the safety of the cage. I think that the guy I bought it off had built a few for the police or something like that? Regardless, it's fairly heavy duty and more than enough for me.
