I still think that Philly around Konecny (Frost or Patrick & a 1st) is the best we can do which as noted above is not bad.

Gaudreau-Couturier-Giroux
Lindblom-Hayes-Voracek
JVR-Laughton-Farabee

Tkachuk-Monahan-Lindholm
Dude-Bennett-Konecny
Mangiapane-Backlund-UFA
Lucic-Ryan-Gawdin

If the deal has to get bigger I am okay with a few players but this should be the start. Also if you think I got Bennett and Backlund backwards fine but the combo is what I would like to see. This should make us more balanced and also could help get philly over the hump in the next two years.

Sorry I am late to the party but saw this thread late and took some time to read through. I have yet to fine a trade that works for NJ with the exception of 7th straight up as the starting point. Maybe Guadreau & 19th for 7th and Merkley?
