These aren't even the worst IMO. People keep talking about Konecny, Ghostisberre and the like. These two as an example are not going to make the Flames better. Konecny is a lower level than Tkachuk and defensively Ghostisberre makes Kyllington look like Bobby Orr. If the Flames are trading with the Flyers it has to be Coutourier and Sanheim for Johnny and/or Kyllington.
Making change for the sake of making change is what got the Flames to where they are. If you want to make change get a coach who is demanding and teaches a system that all players have to play.
