I think the coaches and pro-scouts (free agency) are to blame for the stalling of Bennett. He's clearly one of the best players we have and the incompetence of the organization has stood in his way, alongside his own immaturity (but to hate young players for being young is stupid).
...but yep, everything else there is a huge failure - but also, the scouts likely saw some turnover when Tree truly took it over. I suppose you can blame Jankowski on an immature AGM in Connie as well.
