I thought the same thing originally, but then also thought there was likely some reasonable rationale from the linesmen. The puck was flipped up high and hanifin had kind of lost it. If he was tracking it like he could have, he would have stopped it well before the goal line.
A little questionable to call off, but like I said, I can understand why.
