Laine's elbow was about as obvious point of contact to the head as Tkachuks.. no call because instead of grabbing his face and crying on the ice, Gio gets up and stands up for himself.
I think my "favorite" thing about the Maurice clip is when asked what he thinks about no Penalty being called on the play or why he didnt ask for it to be reviewed he says:

I get it, they just lost their #1 center and key cog in their entire team, but lets be honest with ourselves here. The whole play in real time was less than 1.4 seconds at full speed, both forwards skates are chopping along the ice the entire time they're trying to slow down.
I'd like to hear what exactly is wrong with Schiefle because it looks more like something is broke VS's something is cut and Maurice is just panning to the media to paint Tkachuk with this ignorant brush of bull####.
