Default Problems with Zip.ca

I joined Zip about 2, maybe 3 months ago. In that time I have recieved 8 DVDs that were so scratched that they wouldn't play in my DVD player and another 5 times the wrong DVD was in the envelope. I e-mailed them about this and got a form letter back saying that "they were sorry for the inconvenience and they would send me a complimentry copy". Which just burns my bottom. That's like going to an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet, finding a hair in your spring roll and the waiter coming over and saying "sorry for the inconvenience; let me get you another one - ON THE HOUSE".

Do I just have bad luck or have other had the same experience with Zip?
