Your job includes motivation. Defining the culture that sees them held accountable to each other.
Team needs a coach they respect to set the tone.
Treliving probably has to go because he is likely too political to hire a coach who could get more of the owners’ ears than he is comfortable with.
Promote Conroy to GM and hire Darryl Sutter as head coach now, please.
