Now, Ward has done what he can, but he changed the culture and got the resultant bump as far as he can.
For better or worse, the players on this team in the core need that disciplinarian. Is that Gallant or Laviolette I don’t know, but BT needs a plan and I don’t think can wait until the offseason to hire the next coach.

Laviolette is a hard ass from what i understand...really not sure about Gallant though.
Doubt either guy will come to Calgary though with the Seattle job still looming.
Also Gallant to Detroit just seems to natural if he doesnt get the Seattle job.
