He did win a Super Bowl and a .618 career winning record over 13 years is nothing to sneeze at regardless of the QB's he had to work with. I do think that this current Cowboys roster has more overall talent than what he had to work with in Green Bay over his last years. I don't know if it's a great hire but Jerry could have done a lot worse.
