Bill Peters:
1) Called Akim the N-Word
2) The captain of the team talked to Peters and told him the entire team thought Peter's actions were unacceptable. Peters then called Akim into his office and instead of apologizing, called Akim the N-word again
3) When Akim pushed back, Bill Peters ruined his career
