Chucky actually made mention of that in an interview. And how much he appreciated it.

This is almost exactly what I thought. I thought he was a bit overhyped by some posters and his first trips up here were confirming my thoughts. But I've come around completely. I think he's benefited by leading his team in the AHL and also by playing with and learning from Ryan and, to a degree, Hathaway, who made a lot of their ice time.
