I agree with this 100%, and I'm shocked that so many people don't really get Dany's turn. I'd like to add that she spent the whole series freeing slaves and doing what she thought was right, hoping to become a Queen that was loved by the people. It's clear over the last few episodes that she is struggling with the idea that the people of Westeros will never love her like they love Jon and others. This leads her to the final phase of her turn in which she has to become the Queen she was trying to avoid being, and control the people with fear instead. They laid it out pretty clearly. She definitely succeeded with the new fear strategy as well.
