I wouldn't give up on him, in terms of just dumping him for nothing. But if another team values him as part of a package to upgrade the team - I certainly would look hard at it.
He's a good PKer but his 5 on 5 work is consistently below average. That's a problem.
I think another team could see his package of size and skill and value him more highly than the 4th line centre he's become.
