Leafs would save some cap on this and the flames would get some value for Czarnik who sat a lot of games. Brown is a player that brings some of what Calgary was missing in the playoffs.

I think you’d have to bump that prospect up, or include someone like Jankowski. I don’t see Czarnik and Foo having value comparable quite close enough to Brown, and Brodie at $1M retained is still less valuable than Kadri.
