i did look at their website. Running down the list as you scroll its 'tough on crime' repeal the carbon tax, repeal the farm bill, common sense education, lower the minimum wage for youth, lower taxes .... as i see it, there is a lot of 'reverse' NDP policy and then the usual conservative policies that Kenney is familiar with from his time in Ottawa.
Ideas like building another egress from Fort McMurray may cost money, but anyone who has to drive to and from Ft Mac will agree that's a damn good idea. same deal with more flood mitigation for Calgary. IMHO these are proposals for real problems.
the UCP platform is the same old tired stuff. just saying, it may bite them in the end.
